Delivery & Returns
Incredilox offers free delivery on all UK orders over £10 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We offer free next-day delivery on all orders over £25 via Royal Mail 24 Tracked*. *Please note this service type must be selected at checkout.
We have a variety of express services available.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 6:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £10, orders under £10 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £25. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £10 - £24.99, and £3.99 for orders under £10.
Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. This service is free for orders over €25, orders under €25 will be subject to a €3.50 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.
Incredilox accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you or Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour. Recipients can opt-out of Delivery to a neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. We do not allow collections.
